Three of Britain’s most acclaimed chefs — Stuart Ralston, Pierre Minotti and Daniel Clifford — will each take over Frog’s kitchen one night per month as of Late summer, cooking alongside Adam Handling in an exclusive four-hands dinner series running September to November.
Following the sold-out success of last year’s collaborative dinners, Michelin-starred chef Adam Handling MBE has announced the next line-up of guest chefs joining him at his Covent Garden flagship, Frog by Adam Handling. Running from September through November 2026, the “Friends of Frog” series will see three of Britain’s most respected chefs step into Frog’s open kitchen for one-off, four-hands tasting menus alongside Handling.

The series kicks off on Monday 7th September with Stuart Ralston, chef-owner of Edinburgh’s Michelin-starred LYLA, along with sister venues Noto, Tipo, Vinette and Vivien. Ralston, who trained under Gordon Ramsay in New York before returning to the UK, has built his reputation on precise, seasonally driven Scottish cooking with Asian-inspired touches. His evening with Handling will pair snacks and a shared dessert with three courses from each chef, drawing heavily on British-sourced seafood alongside signature dishes from both kitchens.
On Monday 5th October, Pierre Minotti takes the pass. Minotti made his name at some of London’s most decorated kitchens, including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester and Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, before helping Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal earn two Michelin stars within four months of opening. Earlier this year he launched his own restaurant, Orrery by Pierre Minotti, in Marylebone. His food blends classical French technique with British seasonal ingredients, and he places particular weight on presentation as part of the dining experience.

Closing out the series on Tuesday 3rd November is Daniel Clifford of Midsummer House in Cambridge, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant he has led since taking over at just 25 years old. Clifford earned the restaurant its first star in 2002 and a second in 2004, cementing its status as one of the country’s top fine dining destinations. His cooking is known for technical precision paired with a strong respect for seasonal produce.
Each dinner runs from a 6:30 to 7:30pm booking slot, priced at £199 per person excluding drinks and service, with tickets available through OpenTable. Organisers note that spaces are limited.
Handling described the appeal of the series as an opportunity to cook alongside chefs who bring different perspectives to the table, bringing together varied styles and backgrounds in one kitchen.

The announcement also touched on further collaborations planned for later in the year at Ugly Butterfly, the Collection’s Michelin-starred Newquay restaurant, building on a sold-out June event with chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho of Sabor and Legado. Chef Simon Hulstone is set to join Handling there on 8th September, with bookings taken directly through the restaurant.
The new series continues a strong run for Handling, who earned his first Michelin star at Frog in 2022 and a second, at Ugly Butterfly, this year. Beyond his restaurant work, Handling has built a public profile through television appearances and cookbooks, and was appointed MBE in 2024 for services to hospitality and international trade. He has also been involved in high-profile projects such as creating an official recipe for King Charles III’s coronation.
Frog by Adam Handling is located at 34-35 Southampton Street, Covent Garden, with further details and booking links available via the restaurant’s website: frogbyadamhandling.com | Instagram: @frogbyah
